Visit of Assist. Dr. Draško Veselinovič to Rudolfovo – incentives for international cooperation

On June 17, 2025, the Rudolfovo - Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto hosted Dr. Draško Veselinovič, President of the Slovenian Business & Research Association (SBRA), based in Brussels. During the visit, we discussed with Dr. Veselinovič the possibilities for strengthening ties between research institutions and representatives of Slovenian interests in the European Research Area.

Particular emphasis was placed on opportunities for participation in European research and innovation projects, strengthening links between science and the economy, and promoting regional research capacities internationally.

The guest also visited the Laboratory for Factories of the Future (LABTOP), where advanced solutions for Industry 5.0 are being developed, and learned about the key areas of development at our institute.

Dr. Veselinovič, who has extensive experience in economics, finance, European policies, and strategic consulting, emphasized the importance of actively involving Slovenian institutions in European initiatives and support networks in Brussels.
