Addressing the challenges of the transition to a circular economy. The research work mainly focuses on approaches to achieving a circular economy, energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources, life cycle assessment, policies in this area, and the development of methodological instruments for evaluating.
Centre for Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property
We research and develop methods, processes and prerequisites for transferring technological knowledge into the business environment, as well as the synergistic effects of multidisciplinary efforts, and explore processes and tools for intellectual property.
Centre for Applied Quantum Computing
We develop and test algorithms on quantum computers, emulators, and hybrid systems connected to supercomputers, and explore their applications for solving complex problems in science and industry.

Science and Technology Forum
{Rudolfovo
The Science and Technology Forum {Rudolfovo is the central event of the first science and technology center in Southeastern Slovenia. During the multi-day program, various publics have been adressed, all with the aim of understanding the opportunities presented by the space of close cooperation between science and business as a new runway for their ambitions and plans.
