Assist. Prof. Dr. Vesna Pungerčar

At the Institute, I am involved in research and development in the field of digitalisation, particularly in relation to 3D printing, 3D scanning and the development of new materials. My role involves collaborating with various research institutes to investigate applications of additive technologies and to study sustainable materials to improve the efficient use of energy resources, production processes and the preservation of cultural heritage.

My tasks include technical research as well as project organisation and management, where I coordinate the collaboration between different experts. I am involved in presenting research results at international conferences, documentaries and workshops. The organisation of projects and the coordination of research teams enable the rapid advancement and widespread application of new technologies in different industries.
