RuBIO Work Plan Development Workshop Concludes Successfully in Karlsruhe

The RuBIO initiative reached an important milestone during its Work Plan Development Meeting held on 10–11 June 2025 at the Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum in Karlsruhe, Germany. The workshop, co-organized by Rudolfovo and SEZ, focused on strategic preparation for the HORIZON-JU-CBE-2025-CSA-01 project proposal.

Over two productive days, representatives from partner organizations, advisory boards, and strategic stakeholders collaborated on finalizing the consortium structure, action plans, and deliverables. The sessions covered everything from funding alignment and role mapping to stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

As RuBIO aims to empower rural bioeconomy entrepreneurs, the meeting set a solid foundation for impactful project execution and proposal readiness.
