INVITATION: Culinary traveling presentation - showcasing the cuisine of ethnic groups

As part of the international project Culinary Trail of the Ethnic and Local Cuisine in the Danube Region, we invite you to the event Culinary Traveling Presentation: a showcase of the cuisine of ethnic groups, which will take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Dilančeva 7 in Novo Mesto.

The event will present the rich culinary heritage of various ethnic groups living in the Danube region. Participants will be able to learn about and taste traditional dishes, talk to the bearers of culinary traditions, and learn more about the importance of preserving and connecting cultural practices through food.

The traveling culinary presentation promotes cultural dialogue, respect for diversity, and community integration in the wider European area.
