Rudolfovo as a partner in the international project DINAMIC DANUBE

DINAMIC DANUBE (Developing INnovative Alliances for Management, Innovation, and Collaboration in European BioEconomy) is an international project that connects research institutions, companies, and decision-makers in countries along the Danube with the aim of accelerating the development of a sustainable bioeconomy. This is a rapidly growing sector that develops environmentally friendly products and energy from biological resources and is key to Europe's green transition.

Rudolfovo – Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto plays a central role in the project, which began in April 2025 and is already actively addressing challenges. With its expertise in innovation management and networking partners from different countries, it contributes to effective cooperation and the introduction of advanced solutions.

Links have been established for the exchange of knowledge between bioeconomy stakeholders.

We expect the project to achieve the following:

• tools for better cross-border project management will be introduced

• we will organize numerous expert workshops and training courses, and

• we will carry out pilot projects demonstrating the sustainable use of biological resources and the development of new products.

  
  

Rudolfovo is currently leading and coordinating pilot activities, preparing expert reports, involving new stakeholders, and ensuring that the project objectives are aligned with regional development policies.

In the coming months, we will continue to work with our partners to establish a strong bioeconomy community that will contribute to the sustainable development and competitiveness of the European economy.
