Rudolfovo presented itself at the Arena of Technology 2025 fair

Rudolfovo – Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto – participated in this year's Arena Tehnologij fair in Križanke, the largest technology event in Slovenia, which offered young visitors a glimpse into the future of science and technology. The event was filled with innovations, creative energy, and stories that showed how technology is changing our lives.

Visitors were able to experience a real technological journey: they played tic-tac-toe with robots, competed in chess with artificial intelligence, created music with AI, learned about earthquake-resistant and automotive technologies, lifted 200 kg objects, use microscopes and pipettes, try out laser engraving, 3D printing, modern medical devices, VR driving simulations, and much more. Interactive workshops such as Lego robotics, Arduino, and cryptography, as well as demonstrations of drones and advanced technologies for measuring climate change, attracted particular attention.

At our exhibition space, we presented Rudolfovo visitors with haptic gloves that enable the perception and manipulation of virtual objects – a technology that opens up new possibilities in medicine, education, and industry.

The event was intended for anyone who wants to better understand the technological future and learn about what Slovenian knowledge has to offer. As the symbol of the Technology Arena says: a person who shines, empowered by technology.
