Assist. Prof. Dr. Urša Lamut

I am Urša Lamut, PhD, a researcher and expert in sociology and qualitative research methodology. At Rudolfovo I develop and implement research projects focusing on social and cultural aspects of knowledge transfer and fostering cooperation between academia and business. With my experience in evaluation, training and research, I actively contribute to the design of innovative approaches to support the development of the region.

As a lecturer and tutor at various academic institutions, I specialise in methodological training, where I help participants to design and implement research projects. I am the author of several scientific articles and publications on topics such as intercultural education, evaluation of social programmes and the development of competence portfolios.

I focus on creating synergies between different stakeholders, which includes working with local communities, educational institutions and the economy to promote sustainable development and innovation in the region.
