Performs administrative tasks for the needs of the institute.
Coordinates daily operational tasks and ensures a proper working environment.
Prepares and manages business correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepares professional proposals for the director, institute bodies, and other colleagues.
Provides support in organizing events, seminars, visits, and internal meetings (scheduling, room preparation, technical support, reception and guidance of visitors and participants).
Collects, organizes, and archives institute data and documents.
Prepares various analyses and reports for the director, institute bodies, and colleagues; prepares materials and writes minutes.
Prepares summaries of proposals and decisions of the institute’s bodies and committees, monitors their implementation, and reminds responsible colleagues of deadlines.
Ensures compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and internal regulations in all work.
Performs other tasks related to the position as instructed by the supervisor.
Provides support for scientific-research activities and assists in preparing project documentation in collaboration with other specialists or researchers.
Cooperates with business partners in Slovenia, primarily in coordination and support tasks.
Provides comprehensive support in their area of expertise for projects.

Education:
162 First-level higher education, professional higher education (previous), etc.,
0400 Business and Administrative Studies, Law (unspecified),Alternative education:

Work experience: not required
