Rudolfovo 2025 Strategic Conference

On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, the staff of Rudolfovo – Science and Technology Center Novo mesto gathered at the 2025 Strategy Conference, which took place in the beautiful surroundings above Novo mesto.


 The purpose was to review the current situation, reflect on values, define key directions, and shape a vision for the institute's development until 2030.


The conference program covered all key strategic areas:

  • Analysis of the current situation and joint search for solutions for improvement.

  • Co-creation of values: we selected the values that best reflect our identity and vision.

  • Review of key performance indicators and reflection on their achievement.

  • Strategic programs – search for concrete proposals.

  • Reflection and proposals for the future – cooperation between centers, connecting ideas, and strengthening the team.


The event was designed to be interactive, in the spirit of cooperation, open dialogue, and co-creation.


Each individual contributed to the shared vision of Rudolfovo.
