Rudolfovo research teams present five innovations as part of Chamber of Commerce calls

Last week, research teams from Rudolfovo – Science and Technology Centre Novo Mesto took part in innovation evaluations held as part of the Chambers of Commerce calls for innovation awards for 2026.

This year’s central theme of the innovation challenge is “Innovations create a safe future.” Applicants were invited to present their innovations before an expert committee, providing an important opportunity to showcase research work, development solutions, and their potential for practical application.

This year, Rudolfovo submitted five innovations, including one social innovation. Two innovations were submitted to the Chamber of Commerce of Dolenjska and Bela krajina, and one each to the Northern Primorska Chamber of Commerce, the Posavje Chamber of Commerce, and the Primorska Chamber of Commerce.

Participation in innovation calls is important for research teams as it enables them to present the results of their research and development work to the wider professional public, while also strengthening cooperation between science, the economy, and society.
