Rudolfovo was represented at CSASC 2026 in Plzeň by Dr. Mila Nedić, Dr. Roman Kužel, and Prof. Dr. Janez Povh. Within the “Mathematics for Quantum Computing” workshop, they presented research at the intersection of mathematics, optimization, HPC, and quantum technologies.

Rudolfovo – Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto was represented at the TURING project kick-off meeting in Pisa by Dr Lucijano Berus and Assoc. Prof. Jelena Topić Božič, where partners aligned the WP2 technical activities to develop explainable and robust generative AI for physics-based simulations.

On 23 September 2025, Rudolfovo successfully held an Open Day, where visitors explored the work of researchers, participated in interactive scientific demonstrations, and toured the laboratories for Factories of the Future, Extended Reality, and 3D Technologies.

The government delegation visited Rudolfovo in Podbreznik, where they presented the institute’s three-year achievements and the strategic QuantAIR project, aiming to position Novo mesto as a leading quantum computing center in Southeast Europe.

Rudolfovo and the Faculty of Information Studies organized a professional excursion to Switzerland between August 25 and 29, 2025. Participants visited Geneva, Annecy, Zurich, and Baden, and met with UEFA, UNOG, WIPO, CERN, ETH Zurich, and other institutions.
